Is splitting subscriptions allowed?
Family/team plans are designed to be shared. For personal plans without a multi-seat tier, hosts must use a temporary, listing-specific login they generate just for the cycle — never their main account credentials.
What if the host disappears?
Your payment sits in escrow. If your invite isn't sent within 48h, you're removed early, or access stops working, you raise a dispute and funds freeze instantly. The host has 72h to appeal — silence means you're refunded automatically.
Are credentials ever shared with me?
Family/team listings — never. You get an official invite to your own account. Personal listings — yes, but only as a one-time email at purchase. Lytesub encrypts the credentials at rest and wipes them from our database once every seat is sold.
What does it cost?
Two small fees, both added on top of the host's ask — never deducted. Hosts pay a 5% host fee on each slot; members pay a 2% buyer fee at checkout. Hosts keep 100% of what they ask per slot.
Does Lytesub work outside Lagos?
Yes — anywhere in Nigeria with a Flutterwave-supported card, bank transfer, or USSD. Diaspora payouts to Naira bank accounts are in beta.
What if my card fails on renewal?
We retry over 72 hours and email you. If the slot stays unpaid, the host can relist it — your seat goes back to the feed without drama.
